TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND USE
In order to use any or all Entertainment Holdings services (services include: viewing and submitting to casting calls, creating a digital portfolio, messaging and receiving messages from casting directors, photographers, and other members, and all other features provided by Entertainment Holdings at any time), all Visitors (not registered members), Basic Members, and Premier Members must abide by these Terms and Conditions.
In order to become a Member, you must be at least 18 years of age or have parental permission to be a part of Entertainment Holdings. You must also agree that your registration information is accurate, that you are not misrepresenting yourself in any way, and that you will not share your username, password, or account information with any other person.
Fees: You understand that there is no fee ever
charged for a Basic Account
You understand that all Entertainment Holdings Premier
Members pay a registration fee of $39.00 which covers
the portfolio materials and creation. After that the premier
member must pay a monthly fee of $39.80. You accept that
Entertainment Holdings may change its fees or services
at any time.
Content:
Entertainment Holdings is not responsible for any inappropriate, inaccurate, lewd, violent, or otherwise offensive content that any Member includes in their portfolio, photos, audio or video, or messages. However, Entertainment Holdings reserves the right to monitor communications between you and other Members as well as all content posted on the Portfolio, including text, photos, video and audio clips. Any content - including messages to other Members or Guests - may be rejected if they contain material that Entertainment Holdings considers inappropriate. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members, Guests, Casting Directors, or Photographers.
Inappropriate content is considered:
1. Sharing casting call information with non-paying members.

2. Content that is not your own, copy written, or is used without permission. This includes text, photos, audio clips and videos.
3. Using curse words or abusive or violent language.
4. Soliciting other members for contact information.

5. Repeatedly sending the same or similar messages to one Member.
6. "Spamming" or sending out mass messages to other Members, including advertising, chain letters or junk email to other Members.*
7. Providing your own phone number or home or work address in your portfolio or messages.
8. Disclosing your password to any third party or permitting any third party to access your account.
9. Soliciting other members to engage in criminal activity including child pornography, stalking, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, gambling, drug dealing, harassment, sending viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets.
10. Attempting to impersonate another Member or person.
11. Selling or otherwise transferring your portfolio.
12. Any automated use of the system to add contacts, messages, etc.
13. Using any information obtained from Entertainment Holdings to harm, demean or offend any other person.
14. Using Entertainment Holdings services in a way that breaks laws and regulations that apply to you.
15. Using Entertainment Holdings services for any commercial purposes (no member can solicit another member for casting purposes without first signing up as a Casting Director with Entertainment Holdings).
If a message or posting includes any of the above or any other content that Entertainment Holdings will label as inappropriate at our discretion, it will be rejected immediately and will not be allowed on Entertainment Holdings. The member who initiates the message will receive a response from Entertainment Holdings informing them that their message has been rejected. If further action is deemed necessary or that member has sent inappropriate content before, that member may receive further instructions from Entertainment Holdings.
By posting any content on Entertainment Holdings, you give Entertainment Holdings full permission to publish, display or use this content in any way within the Entertainment Holdings website, services, and company.

In order to register as a member of Entertainment Holdings, you have provided certain personal information including your name, e-mail address, username and password, contact address, phone number, and credit card information. Entertainment Holdings retains and uses this information for the following reasons:
1. To inform you about casting calls and provide other content we feel may be of interest to you.
2. To collect membership fees.
3. To maintain the security of our website.
4. To adjust and improve our marketing techniques and customized content, products and services.
5. To comply with applicable law in response to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process whether or not a response is required under applicable law; or it is necessary to share the information in order to enforce Entertainment Holdings's terms of use or investigate or prevent illegal activity or possible harm to the physical safety of any person.
6. Unless you choose to decline this aspect of our services, your information may be shared with third parties - including our marketing partners. Entertainment Holdings may use the information that you provide to work with third parties to bring you retail opportunities by e-mail, direct mail and telemarketing. Entertainment Holdings may sell or rent user, member, or former member information, including name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, payment information, as well as aggregate statistical information, to a third party or marketing partner.
Liability:
In no case will you hold Entertainment Holdings responsible in any way for any harm incurred by the use of our services, including any loss of income that results from use of Entertainment Holdings services.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CASTING DIRECTORS AND PHOTOGRAPHERS
In order to use any or all Entertainment Holdings services (services include: searching through the Entertainment Holdings member database, messaging and receiving messages from Entertainment Holdings Members, and all other features provided by Entertainment Holdings at any time), all Visitors and registered Casting Directors and Photographers must abide by these Terms and Conditions. Registered Casting Directors and Photographers must agree to these Terms and Conditions before they join Entertainment Holdings.
In order to become a registered Casting Director or Photographer, you must agree that your registration information is accurate, that you are not misrepresenting yourself in any way, and that you will not share your username, password, or account information with any other person.
Fees:
Membership for Casting Directors and Photographers is free. However, you recognize that Entertainment Holdings reserves the right to charge a fee for membership at our discretion.
